The Opportunity

Dolphin Line Marking has built a reputation for delivering quality work across commercial, industrial and civil projects throughout the Newcastle region. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Line Marker to lead a small team ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Your work will include:

• Leading and mentoring a small line marking crew
• Operating line marking equipment, including airless sprayers and specialised machinery
• Measuring, setting out and completing commercial and industrial line marking projects
• Installing car park hardware and safety products
• Completing site hazard assessments and SWMS documentation
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring quality workmanship on every project
• Building positive relationships with customers while representing the business professionally

About You

This is one requirement we can't compromise on. You must have commercial line marking experience.

You'll also have:

• Experience operating line marking equipment
• Strong understanding of Australian line marking standards
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to lead by example
• Strong work ethic and pride in your work

Previous experience supervising a crew will be highly regarded, but if you're ready to step into leadership, we'd also love to hear from you.
