About the role
The medical practice at Bicheno delivers high-quality integrated primary care, and the Cleaner will provide high level day-to-day cleaning of the clinic premises in accordance with the RACGP Infection prevention and control guidelines for general practices. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring required Infection and prevention and control standards are maintained in a primary health care setting.

Your duties include:
- Provide high quality cleaning services that promotes site compliance with the RACGP Infection and Prevention Control Guidelines for general practices
- Ensure site is cleaned in accordance with site cleaning schedule
- Contribute to overall functioning of Bicheno site and team
- Participation in team meetings when able

Our ideal candidate:
- Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning practices, techniques and equipment including knowledge of hygiene standards and universal precautions
- Current knowledge and awareness of chemicals and chemical handling procedures and ability to contribute towards maintenance of site MSDS register
- Demonstrated knowledge of manual handling principles and techniques and ability to perform manual handling activities
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise tasks while working as a team or individually with limited supervision
