Salary ranges are often not displayed on the advert as they are dependent on the skills and experience of the candidate. This will generally be discussed with you if you are successful at getting to interview stage.

Most adverts list the requirements for the role so we recommend reading the advertisement and downloading the position description (if available). Once you have done this, consider what transferable skills and experience you have and how it could benefit the organisation who is advertising. If you feel your experience and skills are aligned to the role, we recommend submitting an application for consideration.

First please check the closing date on the advert. We estimate that it can take around 2-3 weeks after a position has closed before you hear back regarding the status of your application, especially if there is a high volume of candidates. If it has been more than 4 weeks since the closing date, you are welcome to contact the company directly to check on the status of your application. At the base of every page displaying an advertisement is an APPLY NOW button. Simply click on this button to submit your application. Each company advertising on this site has a unique application form that will help them process your application faster, so complete this with as much detail as you can then upload your resume and any supporting documents. Your application will then be lodged with the company who has advertised.

To search suitable roles, click on the home page, then search by location, classification or keyword. Once you have found a job you are interested in, you can click into the headline to open the full description and the APPLY NOW button will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

After you have successfully lodged an application via this website, you will be sent an email acknowledging your application within a few minutes. If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail folder first. If there is still no confirmation email from us, please resubmit your application or contact us via live chat for troubleshooting.

Unfortunately, no, you cannot save your application and return later to complete it. Ensure you have your documents ready and set aside 5-10 minutes to complete your application in full.

It is possible to submit an application without signing up to Talent Propeller. However, by registering with us you have access to your own login where you can track the status of your application, undertake skills testing (and include these results on future applications), download helpful e-books and guides to support you in your job search.
