The Opportunity:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between our workshop and our customers. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your technical expertise and machining background will be essential in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager and Production team, managing projects from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and respond to technical sales enquiries
• Interpret drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quotes
• Source materials and coordinate with suppliers
• Schedule and oversee project timelines in collaboration with production
• Monitor progress and ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical input and support to customers throughout the process

What We're Looking For:

• Trade qualification (Cert III Engineering or equivalent)
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a machining/CNC environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawings
• Confidence in dealing with customers and building relationships
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to balance technical detail with commercial awareness
