About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Leading Hand Landfill to help oversee day-to-day operations at our Englands Road Waste Management Facility. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll coordinate a team, operate heavy plant, maintain site operations and help ensure the landfill runs safely, efficiently and in line with environmental requirements.

You'll have experience operating heavy machinery, strong safety awareness and the ability to provide clear direction to others. What's on offer?
- Competitive base salary from $72.5K - $76K depending on your capabilities and experience + allowances + 12% superannuation
- 7-day rotating roster with applicable penalty rates
- Permanent Full-Time 38 hours per week
