- Fortnightly rostered day off (RDO)
- Salary range $1,136.10 to $1,546.80 per week + 12% Superannuation

The Opportunity
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly skilled administrative professional to join our team. As Senior Business Services Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring internal and external customer service needs are met by providing administrative and operational support in a range of areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide accurate and timely advice and assistance to customers
- Process applications and customer requests
- Perform administration duties such as typing, filing, data entry, maintenance of registers etc
- Provide administrative and customer service support for cemetery operations, including liaising with funeral directors, processing cemetery-related requests, and maintaining cemetery records and documentation
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes and agendas, advertisements and media releases
- Upload and maintain information on Council's website
- Assist in organising meetings and events
Key Requirements of the role
- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated high level experience in providing efficient and effective administrative support
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters in a highly confidential environment
- Class C drivers licence
- Ability and willingness to perform overtime to take minutes at evening Council meetings
