As Human Resources Officer, you'll be at the centre of everything people-relatedf rom recruitment and onboarding through to HR systems, employee records, reporting and supporting managers across the organisation. You'll also play an important role as Council embarks on implementing a new digital HR management system, helping modernise the way HR services are delivered.

No two days will be the same. You'll be involved in:

• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintaining HR records and ensuring HRIS data integrity
• Preparing employment contracts and HR correspondence
• Coordinating learning and development activities
• Supporting managers with HR policies and Award interpretation
• Assisting with workforce reporting and HR administration
• Helping implement Council's new digital HR management system while supporting existing processes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience across recruitment and HR administration
• Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive approach and a genuine desire to improve processes
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
