At MiHaven, we're looking for a Financial Controller who wants a seat at the table. Someone who sees beyond the numbers, challenges the status quo and isn't afraid to ask, "There has to be a better way."

You'll work directly with our Directors, lead a small finance team and become the commercial voice behind some of our biggest business decisions.

The Opportunity

It's not your typical Financial Controller position. Yes, you'll oversee the finance function. Yes, you'll manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow and reporting.

But you'll also be responsible for helping shape the financial success of major construction projects, providing the commercial insight that keeps projects on track and ensuring every dollar works harder for the business.

About You

You might already be a Financial Controller. Or perhaps you're the Finance Manager who's already doing the work but hasn't been given the title. Either way, you'll bring:

• Strong commercial acumen
• Exceptional financial reporting and forecasting skills
• Confidence leading people and holding your team accountable
• The ability to influence operational leaders
• A proactive mindset focused on improving systems and processes
• The confidence to speak up, challenge ideas and contribute strategically

Construction experience would be great,but it's not essential.
