An outstanding opportunity has arisen within our Manufacturing and Technical Division in Braeside for an experienced and motivated Procurement professional to manage and co-ordinate suppliers and to coordinate end-to-end supply planning and procurement activities.

Core responsibilities of the position include:

• Sourcing support, purchase order management, supplier engagement, and MRP optimisation, to ensure reliable and compliant material supply.
• Drive inventory optimisation, minimise SLOBs risk, support production and NPD
• Ensure alignment with business, operational, and sustainability objectives.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of goods/services that meet business requirements.
• Manage stock reduction programs.
• Monitor supplier performance, raising Non Conformances as necessary.

Ultimate key selection requirements that are required include:

• Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, engineering or management
• Business acumen and results focus.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous air conditioning, refrigeration and/or manufacturing industry experience.
