We're looking for a friendly and motivated ICT Support Officer to join our team and help deliver high-quality technology support across the organisation. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity (approximately 6-months) with the potential for extension, giving you valuable hands-on experience in a modern ICT environment.
About the role
You'll be the go-to person providing ICT support across the organisation, helping keep systems running smoothly and users supported.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Responding to ICT support requests and resolving technical issues
- Providing friendly, professional Service Desk support
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and system issues
- Supporting equipment setup, asset management and ICT projects
- Creating and maintaining documentation and procedures

About you
If you are customer-focused, tech-savvy and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
You will bring:
- Qualifications in ICT (or equivalent experience) and a current Class C Driver Licence
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
Experience with the following systems is desirable:
- Microsoft-based environments, Active Directory, Windows Server, SCCM / Intune and application deployments.
- Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services
