About the role

Based onsite in Melbourne CBD, you'll take ownership of projects from early design coordination through to final delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

This role is suited to someone who genuinely enjoys the challenge of complex projects, client interaction and bringing moving parts together without losing sight of quality or detail.

You'll be responsible for:

• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Program preparation and project delivery
• Budget, forecasting and cost management
• Site coordination and subcontractor management
• Shop drawing coordination and approvals
• Variations, procurement and project documentation
• Weekly client updates and reporting
• Driving quality outcomes and maintaining project momentum

You'll be expected to operate proactively, communicate clearly and confidently, and build strong relationships both internally and externally.

What we're looking for

This role will suit someone with strong commercial construction or fit-out project management experience who understands how to navigate premium projects and demanding stakeholders.

You'll likely bring:

• Experience managing commercial fit-out or architectural projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trades
• Confidence managing high-end clients and consultants
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset

Most importantly, you'll care about delivery, presentation and client experience.
