Are you a creative, hands-on marketer who loves storytelling, community connection, and bringing ideas to life?

Clarence Valley Anglican School is seeking an energetic and organised Marketing & Communications Manager to join our welcoming school community in a varied part-time role where you'll help showcase the heart of our school.

This is more than scheduling social posts and sending newsletters. We need someone who can spot opportunities, create engaging content, and confidently execute marketing initiatives that strengthen community engagement and support enrolment growth.

Your day to day will look like:

• Refreshing and helping deliver the school's marketing and communications strategy
• Creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, campaigns, and publications
• Managing website and digital communications
• Capturing and coordinating photography and video content
• Promoting school events, achievements, and programs
• Designing promotional material including flyers, graphics, and presentations
• Supporting community engagement initiatives and enrolment marketing
• Coordinating communications with families and the wider school community

What's needed for your success

• Experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or digital media
• Is proactive, creative, and highly organised
• Can work independently and get things moving
• Enjoys both strategy and execution
• Has strong writing and communication skills
• Is genuinely enthusiastic about kids, education, and community
