About the role
As a Senior Engineering Designer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality civil infrastructure designs that support a growing and vibrant region.
You'll lead the preparation of detailed design solutions across a wide range of projects—contributing to the successful delivery of Council's capital works program and ensuring designs meet technical, environmental and community needs.

About you
If you're an experienced civil engineering designer who enjoys tackling complex problems and delivering high-quality outcomes, we want to hear from you!
You will bring strong technical expertise, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, alongside a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
You're equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team—and you're motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that benefit the community.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in civil infrastructure design across multiple asset types
- Proficiency in design and modelling software (12d, BricsCAD / AutoCAD)
- Ability to manage projects, prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Competitive salary from around $103K - $110K (including allowances), depending on your capabilities and experience + 12% superannuation
