About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career as an Engineering Designer within a supportive and experienced team.

Working within our Survey and Design team, you'll contribute to the delivery of civil infrastructure projects—from roads and stormwater to public spaces—while developing your technical capability under the guidance of senior professionals.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the full design lifecycle, helping to bring projects from concept through to delivery, while building strong foundations in engineering design practices.

About you

If you're an emerging or early-career civil engineering professional who is eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in civil engineering design, we want to hear from you!

You will enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively, and turning ideas into practical, real-world outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • Qualifications (or working towards) in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience or knowledge in civil engineering design principles
  • Exposure to Civil Engineering Design Software (12d Model)
  • Exposure to CAD software (BricsCAD or AutoCAD)
  • Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Competitive salary from around $87K - $95K, depending on your capabilities and experience + 12% superannuation
