About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic ITC Systems Technician to join our ICT Support Service Desk team, delivering front‑line ICT support to City staff.

In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot issues, support users, and contribute to system improvements across a diverse ICT environment. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure technology enables exceptional service delivery.

About you

You are a motivated ICT professional who enjoys being part of a busy, hands-on Service Desk team and helping others resolve technology issues. You bring solid technical foundations, a customer‑first mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced support environment.
