The Opportunity

As Events and Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in both lead generation and the end-to-end coordination and delivery of our live events and day-to-day marketing activity to win new clients. This includes venue liaison, event logistics, on-the-ground delivery, customer support, lead generation and nurture campaigns, content scheduling, and using our CRM to drive registrations and engagement.

Events range from 80-100+ person 4.5-day programs, to 20-60 person 3-day high-end events, through to quarterly VIP client meetings held in our offices. Our audience is SME business owners who are passionate, motivated and growth-focused, and we match that energy through our delivery, communication, and client experience.

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail who can work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with significant variety across both live event delivery and marketing coordination.

Please note this is not a standard 9-5 role. Due to live event requirements, flexibility is essential, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. Workload varies across the month, with higher activity during event periods and quieter periods between events.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating the delivery of the annual live event calendar, including in-person events, online Zoom events, and quarterly VIP client meetings
  • Leading event preparation including venue or office set-up, materials, printing, logistics, transport, bump-in/bump-out, catering, and AV/technology requirements
  • Providing on-the-day event support including registration, customer service, venue liaison, and issue resolution
  • Processing sales during and after events in conjunction with the Finance Manager
  • Executing paid and organic lead generation campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Managing a 12-month EDM and event promotion schedule for lead generation and client nurture
  • Providing general administrative support as required

What You'll Bring

You are highly organised, proactive, and experienced in event coordination and/or marketing or digital coordination. You can manage competing priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will have strong Microsoft 365 skills (including Excel for reporting), experience using a CRM (Go High Level preferred), and the ability to quickly learn new systems. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required, along with availability for domestic travel approximately every 1-2 months and occasional international travel.
