Are you an experienced P&C leader who thrives on influence, complexity, and meaningful impact?
cohealth is looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner who is ready to play a pivotal role in shaping how we lead our people and engage with our workforce - now and into the future.
As our Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will provide strategic, expert, and trusted advice to a defined business portfolio, supported by a skilled, high-performing team. Working in close collaboration with the broader Business Partnering team, you will help drive consistent, high-quality people outcomes across the organisation.
- Full time, ongoing role
- Annual remuneration $126,000
- Based in Footscray, with hybrid work arrangements

What you will bring
- Extensive experience as a HR Leader in a complex, unionised environment
- Strong industrial relations knowledge and the confidence to operate in formal jurisdictions
- Excellent judgement, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic, compassionate approach to managing risk, performance, and change
