cohealth is looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner who is ready to play a pivotal role in shaping how we lead our people and engage with our workforce - now and into the future.

As our Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will provide strategic, expert, and trusted advice to a defined business portfolio, supported by a skilled, high-performing team. Working in close collaboration with the broader Business Partnering team, you will help drive consistent, high-quality people outcomes across the organisation.

• Full time, ongoing role
• Annual remuneration $126,000
• Based in Footscray, with hybrid work arrangements

What you will bring

• Extensive experience as a HR Leader in a complex, unionised environment
• Strong industrial relations knowledge and the confidence to operate in formal jurisdictions
• Excellent judgement, influence, and stakeholder management skills
• A pragmatic, compassionate approach to managing risk, performance, and change
