Your new role

In your new role, you will be supporting better outcomes for children, young people and their families at a systems level. You will work closely with key stakeholders to monitor service capacity, and ensure equity of access to support for families with complex needs via a sustainable network of support.

About you

• You have a qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Child & Family Social Welfare or a related discipline.
• You have skills and knowledge from working in child and family services, family violence, AOD, mental health and/or disability services.
• You are a strong collaborator and proficient at working in partnership with stakeholders across service systems for the benefit of children and families.
