About the Role
Covet Global is seeking an ambitious, design-conscious Business Development Manager to drive growth across the U.S. architecture and construction market. Thriving on building meaningful industry relationships and turning design conversations into commercial success, you will work remotely while servicing key markets across California, Texas, and Arizona, playing a key role in expanding Covet's footprint within the United States. architecture and design industry.
You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new specification opportunities with architects, designers, developers, and builders. From first introduction to project delivery, you will represent Covet's premium architectural cladding systems with professionalism, confidence, and commercial insight.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously while driving measurable results. You're motivated by growth, naturally curious about design and construction, and energised by developing strong partnerships within the architecture, design and building community.
You won't simply be chasing sales—you'll be cultivating long-term relationships that position Covet products in some of the most exciting commercial and residential projects across the U.S.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and pursuing new specification opportunities within the architecture, design, and construction sectors
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of architects, designers, developers, and, importantly, commercial builders.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with builders and contractors to ensure Covet products are consistently specified and successfully delivered on site.
- Presenting Covet's product solutions through meetings, presentations, and design consultations
- Conducting site visits with builders and installers to support project delivery and maintain strong on-site relationships
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow Covet's presence in the U.S. market
- Negotiating project pricing and commercial terms in collaboration with internal teams
- Representing Covet at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to identify new opportunities
- Maintaining accurate, real-time records of all client interactions, opportunities, and project activity within the company CRM (Zoho) to ensure pipeline visibility and centralised reporting
What You'll Bring
You are relationship-driven, commercially minded, and confident operating in the architecture and construction industry. You understand the importance of trust, design credibility, and long-term partnerships.
- 3-5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience working with and nurturing relationships with architects, designers, developers, and builders
- A proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote territory effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A disciplined and process-oriented approach to sales reporting, with a strong commitment to embedding all activity within the CRM (Zoho)
- A genuine interest in architecture, design, or the built environment
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel domestically
Candidates should ideally be based within the Greater Los Angeles region (within approximately a 20-mile radius of Los Angeles), enabling effective coverage of Covet's core market areas including Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, and Santa Monica. The role also supports projects in Orange County, with occasional travel to San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas and other key markets as required.
