About the Role
Astrontech is seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Representative to manage quotes, orders, and communications for key accounts. You'll be the central point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams ensuring timely fulfilment, accurate records, and seamless order processing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by delivering excellent customer experiences. You won't just be processing orders, you'll be ensuring our clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our services.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day quotes, orders, and invoices for key customer accounts
- Coordinating the end-to-end order and supply process, including presales support, order processing, and backorder management
- Acting as the primary or secondary point of contact for customers, keeping them updated on order status, ETAs, and any changes
- Liaising with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and data integrity in Salesforce and other business systems
- Supporting the sales team with operational and administrative tasks to ensure efficient processes and a seamless customer experience
- Producing timely and accurate reports for internal and customer stakeholders
- Following internal policies and compliance requirements while contributing to process improvements
What You'll Bring
- 2-5 years' experience in customer service, sales support, or operations, ideally in IT or distribution
- Understanding of IT concepts and supply chain
- Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/business management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
- Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
- Understanding of IT concepts and supply chain processes is a plus
