About the Role
Astrontech are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction across our expanding client base. You'll own your territory, manage existing accounts, and identify new opportunities, turning relationships into revenue and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor across multiple sectors, including government and enterprise clients.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is motivated by results. You won't just be managing accounts, you'll be shaping the success of our clients and the growth of our business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and managing your portfolio of accounts, driving retention, renewals, and growth
- Identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts
- Building trusted relationships through regular, value-led engagement with clients
- Supporting the sales process, from account planning to proposals and pipeline management
- Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and distributors to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintaining accurate records, forecasting, and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Conducting market research and engage stakeholders to inform account strategy
- Participating in training and maintain certifications to stay current with our solutions
What You'll Bring
- 5-7 years in IT sales or account management, ideally with Federal Government experience
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and supply chain
- Proven track record in achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft 365
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive, results-driven, and comfortable engaging clients face-to-face or virtually
- Strong organisational discipline, follow-up, and accountability
- Adaptable, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
