Litchfield Council is looking for a Recreation Reserve Liaison Officer to become the link between Council, community groups, and recreation reserve committees. In this role, you'll help ensure local facilities are not only well-managed, but actively used, supported, and growing with the community.

This role would suit someone who's been working behind the scenes in a coordination, support, or administration role, perhaps within community services, local government, or a sporting environment,, and is ready to take more ownership. You might already be managing bookings, liaising with stakeholders, or coordinating maintenance requests, and now you're looking for a role where you can step up and have a broader impact.

Day to day, you'll be building relationships with committees and user groups, coordinating maintenance and small projects, and working closely with internal teams and contractors to keep facilities safe, accessible, and running smoothly. It's a role that blends people, projects, and problem-solving no two days are the same.

What's needed for your success:

• Experience in community, facilities, admin, or project coordination
• Tertiary qualification relevant to this role
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
