This Management Accountant position sits at the centre of the finance function, bridging the gap between the internal bookkeeper and external accountant. It is a hands-on yet strategic role focused on oversight, insight, and control rather than transactional processing.

You will ensure financial accuracy, manage franchisee revenue and reconciliations, and deliver clear, actionable reporting to support business decisions. You will also play a critical role in cash flow management, system improvements, and building scalable financial frameworks to support multi-region growth.

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience operating at a Financial Controller or senior Finance Manager level, with at least eight years in finance. You will be comfortable overseeing a bookkeeper while working closely with external accountants, and ideally have experience across multi-entity, franchise, or membership-based environments.

A strong commercial mindset is essential, as is the ability to provide insight beyond the numbers. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident operating in a fast-moving, evolving business. Exposure to international operations or expansion will be highly regarded.
