We're now looking for a Site Manager who can match that standard.

• $110,000 - $150,000 + super

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll take ownership of multiple commercial projects, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing site operations across multiple projects
• Coordinating trades, materials and installation processes
• Interpreting drawings and ensuring precise set-out
• Maintaining quality, safety and programme delivery
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders

You'll be someone who leads from the front equally comfortable planning ahead and stepping in to get the job done when needed.

What sets you apart

You come from a strong commercial construction background and understand how high-performing sites operate.

Your experience may include:

• Architectural metalwork, façades, stairs or balustrades
• Steel erection, commercial carpentry or fit-out projects
• Working on structured, well-run commercial sites

You bring:

• A forward-thinking and organised approach
• Strong communication and the ability to build professional relationships
• Confidence to manage stakeholders and hold standards
• A polished, professional presence on-site and with clients
• Practical experience with a willingness to stay hands-on

Rigging experience is advantageous.
