Welcome to Rinnai Australia. A market leader in hot water, heating, cooling and renewable energy appliances for both commercial and domestic markets.
We have a permanent full-time employment opportunity, working standard business hours, Monday to Friday. No rotating rosters, no weekends and no early starts or late evening finishes.
What you'll be doing
- Answer incoming calls and manage service booking requests
- Accurately process bookings in our job management system (SalesForce)
- Manage customer enquiries relating to bookings, warranties, and product issues
- Provide updates to customers on their booking status
- Escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department for resolution
Essential skills and experience
- Strong customer focus and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Patience and understanding from a customer's viewpoint
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset
- Contact centre or other relevant customer service background
