The opportunity

Due to growth, we're looking for two organised, friendly receptionists to join our team. You'll be the warm first point of contact for our patients and the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Greeting patients and creating a great first impression
• Answering phones and managing bookings
• Processing payments and Medicare claims
• Keeping patient records up to date
• General admin tasks that keep the clinic looking great and operating efficiently

Permanent part‑time hours.

Role 1: 18 hours per week (Brunswick + Moonee Ponds)

Monday 1pm-8pm (Moonee Ponds)
Tuesday 2pm-7pm (Brunswick)
Thursday 8am-2pm (Moonee Ponds)

Or

Role 2 : 5 hours per week (Brunswick)
Thursday 1pm-6pm

About you

You're someone who enjoys helping people and keeping things organised. You're friendly, confident and able to build rapport quickly with patients of all ages.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Like being busy and working as part of a supportive team
• Pick up new systems quickly and enjoy variety
• Have strong computer skills and are comfortable multitasking
• Have at least 12 months' experience in a fast‑paced office or customer service environment
• Are building a long‑term career in admin or reception
• Have permanent work rights in Australia

Experience in medical or allied health admin is great, but not essential — we'll teach you what you need to know.
