About the Role

What You Will Be Doing
- Owning the customer journey from first enquiry through to final delivery
- Responding to inbound enquiries with urgency and professionalism
- Managing and progressing opportunities through Zoho CRM
- Following up consistently and confidently
- Coordinating quotes and samples efficiently
- Working toward and exceeding KPIs including conversion rates and repeat engagement
What You Will Bring
- A proven track record in sales or account coordination with consistent target achievement
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Confidence using CRM systems (Zoho experience highly regarded)
- Resilience and a genuine desire to improve
- An interest in architecture, design or premium products
