We are growing and are now seeking a talented Sales & Solutions Engineer to join our team.

The Opportunity

Based in Brisbane and covering the East Coast, you will play a pivotal role in designing, specifying and delivering engineered compressor solutions for major projects. Reporting to the Engineered Solutions Manager and working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead complex tenders, engage deeply with customer engineering teams and drive revenue growth across key industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and specify engineered compressed air or industrial solutions
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
  • Lead major project tenders, including technical submissions and commercial negotiations
  • Identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks early
  • Manage projects end‑to‑end
  • Drive new business development and grow existing accounts

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
  • 5+ years in B2B industrial equipment sales
  • Proven success in major project tendering and negotiation
  • Experience designing and specifying engineered solutions
  • Strong technical capability — able to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against sales targets

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with compressed air, rotating equipment, or industrial systems
  • Exposure to ERP/SAP environments
