About the Opportunity
The NTEU (NSW Division) is seeking two experienced Industrial Officers to join our team based in Surry Hills.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse and complex caseload, representing members in workplace matters and disputes
- Prepare and run matters before the Fair Work Commission, tribunals and courts
- Provide expert advice to bargaining teams and lead enterprise negotiations
- Research and analyse industrial, governance and WHS issues
- Mentor organisers and delegates to strengthen collective capability
- Work collaboratively within a growing, high-performing industrial team

- Enterprise bargaining and protected industrial action delivering meaningful improvements in pay and conditions

Salary is in accordance with the NTEU National Staff Agreement Level 7 ($127,409 - $140,667 per annum plus 17% superannuation).
