- Salary Range: Level 6 - $112,275 to $123,082 (plus an additional 17% employer superannuation).

Your Role:
As an Organiser, you'll collaborate with a committed team to:
- Resolve workplace challenges and advocate for fair outcomes.
- Develop and support workplace leaders, building capacity for sustained progress.
- Plan and execute campaigns that advance the rights and conditions of university staff.
You will bring:
- A strong commitment to trade union values and principles.
- Proven experience in advocacy, capacity building, and workplace issue resolution.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to achieving results.
- Experience in workplace leader identification and delegate development.
- Initiative and sound judgment in managing priorities and delivering outcomes.
