We are creating a new role for someone with strong manufacturing knowledge, systems aptitude, and a passion for data, reporting and visual dashboards, who wants to grow into ERP, data-driven improvement and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Manufacturing & Operational Excellence, you will work directly with our Oracle E1 Manufacturing Super User and play a key role in improving how our factory uses systems, data, reporting and processes. This is a rare and unique opportunity to build deep ERP capability while working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing
You will help improve how our manufacturing operations use Oracle E1 by:
- Mapping real manufacturing processes into the ERP system
- Improving labour, WIP and scrap data accuracy
- Designing and building visual dashboards and operational reports for supervisors and managers
- Turning manufacturing data into meaningful, easy-to-use visual management tools
- Replacing manual/Excel based processes with structured system workflows
- Maintaining and improving BOMs, routings, work orders and inventory data
- Supporting automation initiatives using Oracle Orchestrator
- Supporting inventory accuracy and cycle count analysis
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects across operations
- Developing into a subject matter resource for manufacturing systems over a 12-month pathway
Who we're looking for
You might be a Manufacturing / Process / Industrial Engineer, or an experienced manufacturing professional who has:
- A strong understanding of BOMs, routings, work orders, WIP and production workflow
- A background in ERP or MES systems
- Experience building dashboards, reports or visual management tools (Power BI, Excel, ERP reporting, or similar)
- A passion for data, systems and process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A keen interest to develop your career as an ERP / Operational Excellence specialist
- Oracle E1 experience is highly regarded though not essential, training will be provided
