Due to rapid growth, there is now an exciting new opportunity for a licensed Property Manager to join the team.

You will be joining a small and professional team supporting a portfolio of quality properties, handpicked for savvy investors.
Working from your home office, you will be responsible for overseeing properties in the portfolio and satisfying clients. From letting, to routine inspections, to liaison with tenants and landlords, you have flexibility to set your own schedule and work as required to ensure the job gets done.
This is a permanent full time role, although part time could be considered for the right candidate. Our team values work/life balance and supports each other as required to put the client first.
About You
You are energetic, an excellent communicator and pride yourself on delivering a high level of service to clients. Self motivated and with a ‘can do' attitude, you will have a minimum NSW Real Estate License Class 2 or above and prior experience in the Sydney property market.
We love technology so you will need to be very digital savvy. This includes confidence to create 360 views, as well as experience with video conferencing, What'sApp, Google docs and industry AI programs.
Your area of focus will be residential property around the Inner West, Inner East, St George and Canterbury-Bankstown area, so you will need to be centrally located with a valid driver's license and your own car.
