The Opportunity

We are now looking for a full-time Breeder Farm Manager based in Wellington, NSW. This is a hands-on management role responsible for the overall performance of a Breeder Farm. The Breeder Farm Manager is actively involved in daily farm operations, while also maintaining full accountability for flock performance, staff leadership, welfare, biosecurity, resources and budget management.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing strong and supportive leadership ensuring talent development in alignment with company compliance standards
• Ensuring high bird welfare and biosecurity in accordance with company policies
• Liaising with the Wellington Complex Manager on bodyweight profiles and feed rate adjustments
• Optimising flock performance and identifying corrective actions for deviations from standards
• Promoting Health & Safety through training, regular discussions, and compliance monitoring

​What We Need From You

To qualify, you will need a high level of poultry knowledge and a proven record of leadership and management. A minimum of 5 years experience in poultry production operations will be considered essential.
