About the Role
We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a creative, hands-on environment to support our Arts Faculty in 2026. This is the perfect role for someone who loves being surrounded by art and wants to play a vital part in bringing our Visual Arts program to life.
From maintaining studio spaces and managing supplies to assisting with ceramic programs and showcasing student exhibitions, every day brings something different.
In this varied and rewarding position, you'll be the backbone of our Visual Arts studios, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and bursting with creative potential. You will also use your nurturing style and creative flair to support other programs on campus such as Wellbeing. You'll get hands-on with kiln operations, help transform blank walls into stunning student exhibitions, and ensure our young artists have everything they need to bring their visions to life.
Whether you're preparing materials for the next masterpiece, capturing documentation of student work, or keeping our ceramic studio running smoothly, you'll be at the heart of creativity every day.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has great organisational skills and attention to detail and enjoys working flexibly and effectively.
Previous experience in a gallery environment or as a school assistant would be advantageous in this role. You will need excellent communication and customer service abilities, along with computer literacy across Mac and PC applications. Most importantly, you'll be supportive of Anglican education values and committed to contributing to our positive team environment.
Essential Requirements
A current NSW Working with Children Check is required, and you must be willing to participate in professional development opportunities.
