Case Manager/ Youth Worker

We currently have vacancy for a Case Manager/Youth Worker at the Junction Youth Health Service. The Junction Youth Health Service is a primary health service that offers a flexible and holistic approach to support young people in all aspects of their health and well-being, with a particular focus on young people who are homeless or otherwise at risk.
We are also looking to fill an expected Case Manager vacancy in our CYCLOPS program - A program dedicated to supporting Young Carers through case management, helping them thrive through connection, support, and opportunity.
Join our fun, experienced and supportive team at our central Canberra location.
What You'll be Doing:
- Providing individualised case management to young carers and their families
- Facilitating fun, skill-building group activities and school-based programs
- Linking young people with services, supports, and opportunities
- Advocating for young carers and helping them navigate life's challenges
- Promoting the youth services at schools and community events
What You'll Bring
- A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services (or Diploma + extensive experience)
- Experience in case management, youth work, or community services
- A trauma-informed, culturally inclusive approach
- Strong communication, group facilitation, and advocacy skills
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People Check & Driver's Licence
