We currently have vacancy for a Case Manager/Youth Worker at the Junction Youth Health Service. The Junction Youth Health Service is a primary health service that offers a flexible and holistic approach to support young people in all aspects of their health and well-being, with a particular focus on young people who are homeless or otherwise at risk.

We are also looking to fill an expected Case Manager vacancy in our CYCLOPS program - A program dedicated to supporting Young Carers through case management, helping them thrive through connection, support, and opportunity.

What You'll be Doing:

• Providing individualised case management to young carers and their families
• Facilitating fun, skill-building group activities and school-based programs
• Linking young people with services, supports, and opportunities
• Advocating for young carers and helping them navigate life's challenges
• Promoting the youth services at schools and community events

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services (or Diploma + extensive experience)
• Experience in case management, youth work, or community services
• A trauma-informed, culturally inclusive approach
• Strong communication, group facilitation, and advocacy skills
• ACT Working with Vulnerable People Check & Driver's Licence
