We have an opportunity within our After Sales and Service department, serving as the primary communication channel for contractors, ensuring timely support.

What you will be doing?

• Lead the onboarding and induction of new contractors
• Prepare contractor agreements and ensure compliance and renewals are constantly maintained
• Review, update and maintain accuracy of the company's pricing and contractor rates across internal systems and published schedules
• Obtain and compile Safety and Quality Audit data, report on key findings
• Research, analyse and report on market trends
• Provide information and system training and support to contractors
• Manage contractor/technician and customer complaints
• Respond to phone and email enquiries from contractors

What we are looking for:

• Strong customer focus and the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-developed compliance administration skills
• A confident and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Experience in an after sales and service role (ideal but not essential)
