What you'll do:
As our HR Business Partner, you will join our dynamic HR team and make a significant impact on our organisation's growth and success. You will work closely with our leaders, using your technical and professional expertise to implement and improve various Human Resources policies, programs and practices.
Reporting to the ANZ HR Manager, you will provide people-focused services and activities that promote a positive, high-performance culture, supporting talent and business growth, while delivering successful outcomes.
You will also:
- Bring our core values to life in every interaction, project, and deliverable
- Analyse, prioritise and proactively respond to business unit HR needs, providing feedback to management on recommendations for improvement
- Deliver operational support and guidance to business leaders & employees across employee relations/counselling, performance management, job design and remuneration, organisational change management, recruitment, awards/industrial instruments, compliance, employee development and succession planning
- Liaise with external learning and development providers to create in-house training programs
- Researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve HR related issues
- Lead onboarding, retention and engagement initiatives to keep our team motivated and committed.
- Together with the HR team, maximise the HCM system and related HR systems and services - monitoring their effectiveness and continually looking for ways to improve
- Focusing on driving high performance and accountability for people initiatives / programs across the business
- Contribute to HR reporting, provide insights to shape future strategies.

Impressively, you will also
- Hold a relevant HR tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' recent experience in a similar role
- Coordination of L&D program providers
- Demonstrate a positive ‘can-do, will do' attitude
- Be naturally tech-savvy, easily mastering a variety of essential HR systems
