Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator looking to join a stable and supportive team? Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT), is a not-for-profit organisation seeking applications for the role of Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III qualified) to work with at our exceeding NQS rated service, Googong Early Learning Centre.

The Opportunity
As an Early Childhood Educator at Googong Early Learning Centre, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and delivery of high-quality educational play-based programs for children aged between 0-5 years.
You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being throughout the day.
As an Educator, you will support, contribute to our innovative and responsive educational programs informed by the principles, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Standards.
What's needed to succeed?
- ACECQA approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
- A deep commitment to children's safety and wellbeing, and a clear understanding of your obligations as a mandatory reporter.
- Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting, with a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Commitment to Anglicare's mission and values of integrity, compassion, dignity and inclusiveness.
Applicants must obtain a Working With Children clearance through the Office of the Children's Guardian (NSW) or a Working With Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services (ACT) and undergo a National Criminal History Check before an offer of employment.
