Are you looking for your next contract opportunity to commence in the New Year? The role is full time during standard business hours, working Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid arrangement, working 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. Initially the role will be based out of our Keysborough office, however in early 2026 the office will be relocating to stunning newly reburbished offices located in Braeside.

What does the role entail?

• Process incoming sales orders and quotations in a timely and accurate manner
• Liaise between departments to ensure products are to customer specifications
• Answer incoming calls from internal and external customers
• Manage customer enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Provide updates on stock availability and ETA's
• Escalate customer complaints to relevant department for prompt resolution

Do you have the following skills and experience?

• Strong customer focus and the ability to build strong relationships
• High attention to detail with a keen eye for picking up errors
• Fast and highly accurate data entry speed
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience in an order entry role or high volume data processing role

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a background in high volume data processing. Your passion for detail and your ability to process orders with a high level of accuracy is essential for success in this role. Candidates who have previous experience processing sales orders will be held in high regard.
