Who We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in supervising and managing staff and young people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Certificate 4 in Youth, Sport and Recreation, Community Development, or Eqivalent work experience.
  • The ability to implement Youth Services in a Mt Liebig according to funding requirements, MRC Regional Plan and Youth Services Standards, including the design, delivery and evaluation of programs, all in line with policy and procedure.
  • Support the development of Youth Services staff through regular supervision, line management, training and mentoring. Contribute towards building the capacity of local Indigenous staff to create pathways for individual progression.
  • Have a current driver's licence and the ability to obtain and sustain an NT Ochre Card and Criminal History Check.
  • Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and invested about making a difference.
