- Assist in the pastoral care of students, families, and staff.
- Contribute to the teaching of Religious Education across K-12, including the use of the Godly Play model in the primary years.
- Help foster an environment where faith, hope, and compassion are at the heart of our shared journey.
About You
You are someone who brings warmth, authenticity, and a deep sense of faith to your work. Your ability to build relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect will be central to your ministry.
You will bring:
- A mature and living Christian faith, grounded in the Anglican tradition.
- Strong pastoral and communication skills, with the ability to support others with care and discretion.
- A collaborative spirit and openness to working across all areas of our K-12 community.
- Technological literacy and the flexibility to engage creatively in worship and learning.
You will hold:
- A degree in Theology (for ordained chaplains) or a qualification recognised at the Bishop's discretion (for lay chaplains).
- The ability to meet all requirements for a licence from the Bishop.
- A current NSW Working with Children Check.
Experience in Religious Education is desirable but not essential
