We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Relations Liaison to join our National Customer Experience department on a full time 12-month maximum term contract. The successful candidate must have a strong background in a customer service environment and a background in dealing with customer dispute resolutions.
About the role:
- Produce written correspondence to relevant parties including government bodies, in response to customer issues
- Investigate complex product issues by liaising directly with customers and various internal departments to ensure the accuracy of information and the timeframes in which events occurred
- Convey technical information in a concise and easy to understand written context
- Take ownership of your allocated cases and follow through with all relevant parties in a timely manner ensuring excellent communication throughout the process
- Make balanced decisions to resolve complaints, ensuring due process is followed and the outcome is the best possible solution for all parties involved

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a background in dealing with customer issues and experience in written communications. Your passion for customer satisfaction and timely dispute resolution is essential for success in this role. Candidates who have experience working in a service based industry such as telecommunications or insurance, and who are technically minded will be held in high regard.
