The City of Bunbury are seeking a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Customer Service Officer to join our team at the South West Sport Centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their experience at our facility is a positive one.
This part-time role involves working 50 hours per fortnight, with a flexible schedule that includes early morning shifts starting at 5:30am, late evening shifts ending at 8:45pm, and weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner, both in person and over the phone
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our facilities, programmes, and services
- Process bookings, registrations, and payments efficiently and accurately
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Liaise with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to the overall success of the sport centre
About You:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule to accommodate mornings, evenings and weekends
