About our Clinics
At Holstep Health, our clinics in Brunswick and West Heidelberg are more than just places to consult — they're trusted hubs within the community, serving people who often fall through the cracks of the healthcare system.
You'll be working with patients who are doing it tough. Many face barriers far beyond the exam room: poverty, homelessness, chronic illness, trauma, addiction. This isn't always easy but for the right kind of GP, it's profoundly rewarding.
Our team is made up of GPs who are grounded, compassionate, and resilient. They bring a calm presence to challenging situations, listen without judgment, and meet patients where they're at. They're curious clinicians always looking to understand the bigger picture, and they value collaboration over hierarchy. Whether it's sitting down with a patient struggling with multiple conditions or coordinating with our mental health, addiction, or First Nations support services, they see the person, not just the problem.
If you're the kind of practitioner who believes healthcare can be a force for equity… if you find purpose in connection… and if you're looking to be part of a team that walks alongside its community every day you'll feel right at home here.
