We're excited to announce multiple part-time Early Childhood Teacher positions at our new Kindergarten site located at Devon Meadows Primary School, which opened midway through 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thoughtfully designed, school-based service embedded within a vibrant community.
What We Offer

- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Your Role as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Lead and contribute to high-quality programming and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to design meaningful learning experiences
- Promote trauma-informed and culturally safe practices every day
- Uphold compliance and regulatory requirements with integrity and professionalism
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and School Readiness Funding (SRF) plan
- Engage in partnerships with key stakeholders and participate in community consultations
- Listen actively and respond thoughtfully to the needs of children, families, and the community
- Mentor and support team members through reflective practice and shared learning
Who You Are We're looking for Early Childhood Teachers who:
- Ideally have experience in early childhood education
- Bring warmth, energy, and enthusiasm
- Communicate with clarity and compassion
- Embrace innovation and continuous learning
- Are committed to delivering high-quality early childhood experiences
- Understand and actively promote child safety and cultural safety
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
