We're excited to announce multiple part-time Early Childhood Teacher positions at our new Kindergarten site located at Devon Meadows Primary School, which opened midway through 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thoughtfully designed, school-based service embedded within a vibrant community.

Your Role as an Early Childhood Teacher

• Lead and contribute to high-quality programming and documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to design meaningful learning experiences
• Promote trauma-informed and culturally safe practices every day
• Uphold compliance and regulatory requirements with integrity and professionalism
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and School Readiness Funding (SRF) plan
• Engage in partnerships with key stakeholders and participate in community consultations
• Listen actively and respond thoughtfully to the needs of children, families, and the community
• Mentor and support team members through reflective practice and shared learning

Who You Are We're looking for Early Childhood Teachers who:

• Ideally have experience in early childhood education
• Bring warmth, energy, and enthusiasm
• Communicate with clarity and compassion
• Embrace innovation and continuous learning
• Are committed to delivering high-quality early childhood experiences
• Understand and actively promote child safety and cultural safety
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
