You might come from a legal, risk, governance, or cybersecurity background but what matters most is your ability to interpret complex compliance frameworks and translate them into actionable, efficient, and business-friendly systems.

They're also open for this role to be done remotely within Australia, and can offer part time hours for the right person.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or governance ideally with Defence or government clients
• Know your way around DISP, CMMC, ISO 27001/27036, NIST security frameworks, and more
• Are a systems-thinker who enjoys making order out of complexity
• Want to grow in a role that spans Australia, the U.S., and beyond

What you'll actually be doing

You'll be the brains behind our compliance frameworks and the champion of our risk management culture. Your role will include:

• Developing and maintaining compliance policies and governance models
• Leading audits, managing risk registers, and identifying smart mitigation strategies
• Training and guiding staff across international standards and best practices
• Acting as a liaison with Defence, government clients, and regulators
• Using innovative tools (yes, AI too) to streamline compliance tracking and reporting
