Support and Engagement Coordinator

Are you passionate about supporting communities impacted by change? We're looking for a compassionate and organised person to join our Housing Relocation Support team.

This program supports residents of public housing high-rises being relocated to new residences. Working alongside a community health nurse and occupational therapist, you will:

  • Engage directly with residents to understand their needs
  • Coordinate referrals to health, wellbeing, and social services
  • Provide practical non-clinical support to help residents settle into their new homes
  • Build relationships with local services and promote the program
