Are you an experienced Youth Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for leading, motivating and mentoring team members from diverse backgrounds. Being responsible for day-to-day youth program coordination among many communities and someone who fosters a high level of communication and rapport building skills? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Relevant degree in Youth or Community Development or another relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in either youth work, social work or youth justice.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment.
• Current NT Manual Driver's Licence
• Ability to obtain and maintain NT Working with Children's Check (Ochre) Card and the Satisfactory completion of Criminal History Check.
• Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
