At Anglicare, we're seeking a Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator to strengthen supporter relationships, foster donor engagement, and facilitate meaningful partnerships that address poverty and drive lasting community change.
Your Day-to-Day
In this varied role, you will contribute to growing Anglicare's fundraising by:
- Support strategic fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate donor journeys, acknowledgments, and impact communications.
- Develop and manage community partnerships and fundraising activities.
- Act as CRM superuser, leading data segmentation, reporting, and system improvements.
- Oversee donation processing, supporter inbox, and campaign logistics.
- Ensure compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of fundraising operations.
What You'll Bring
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in administrative support, customer service, or fundraising operations.
- Exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM systems.
- A collaborative and positive mindset, with a genuine commitment to supporting our mission.
