- 24-month up to full-time contract
- $92,990.56 (pro rata) per annum + Superannuation
- Matched superannuation contributions up to 5%

The City of Bunbury is seeking a dedicated Injury Management and Wellbeing Advisor to join our People & Safety team.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in building a safe and supportive workplace, where wellbeing is a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate proactive wellbeing programs through collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate injury reporting and assessment in line with legislation and policy.
- Implement and oversee rehabilitation programs tailored to individual employee needs.
- Liaise with medical professionals, managers, and employees to support recovery pathways.
- Develop and facilitate effective return-to-work plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend proactive strategies to prevent workplace injuries.
- Provide ongoing advice, guidance, and support to staff throughout their recovery journey.
You'll succeed if this sounds like you:
- You champion a worker centred approach to injury management and wellbeing.
- You have relevant qualifications or significant experience in injury management, occupational health and safety, or return-to-work coordination.
- You understand workers' compensation legislation and rehabilitation frameworks.
- You are skilled in building strong, empathetic relationships with employees, medical providers, and managers.
- You can manage sensitive and complex situations with discretion and professionalism.
- You have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
- You're a proactive team player who is passionate about health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.
